Conveniently located hotel near shops, bars, and restaurants on the beach. Extensive breakfast options and friendly staff. Warm and cozy rooms, even in cold weather. Great spot for a pre-cruise stay. Complimentary birthday drink was a nice touch. Clean rooms with sea views. Easy access to local transportation and supermarket.

The hotel is perfectly located right across the road from a beautiful free beach, making it easy to spend a day by the sea. the hotel is conveniently located near the ferries for Venice center and there is a bus stop right outside, providing easy access to explore the city.
Some guests mentioned that the area can be a little quiet, especially during the off-season.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, as it is right next to the beach, providing easy access to enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, it is easy to get to all the other islands in the lagoon, making it convenient for exploring the area. The hotel facilities are great, with a terrace/solarium that offers stunning views of the city. The breakfast spread exceeded our expectations, with plenty of options and good quality. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The hotel is situated on the other island of Venice called 'Lido', right opposite the beach in a quiet street. It's within a reasonable walking distance of the Vaporetto stop, making it easy to access Venice. The rooms are spacious, some even have balconies with lovely views. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including delicious savory pastries.

The location was ideal, just across the street from the beach. I enjoyed spending evenings and late nights at the nearby cool places. The hotel had a private parking lot, which was a huge bonus as I was traveling with my own car. Access by car was easy with a ferry from the mainland. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the hotel were courteous and knowledgeable, always ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend this cozy and value-for-money hotel.
